The George Adams Fish Hatchery (@ Hwy 101 & Skokomish Valley Rd) manager, Edwin Carl Jouper, 57, of Shelton, was arrested Thursday (11-10-11) and booked into Mason County’s jail on suspicion of Voyeurism.
An employee discovered a camera in the women’s bathroom of the facility. Jouper has been a Fish & Wildlife employee for over 30 years. F&W officers in tandem with Mason County deputies seized 4 computers in Jouper’s residence located on the facility after serving a search warrant.
