Hans Stoker said he had always hated Selena as well as pulled a handgun on an unarmed James Wells without provocation in a drunken stupor, a familiar condition for Hans. Selena’s children (Hazel, Onawa, & Raven) are now in the hands of Kathryn Stoker who has stalked and demonized Selena for years along with Kat’s husband, Hans, who told Selena he had always hated her–the Thurston County Court’s preferred choice to raise Selena’s very young children after orchestrating their theft from their mother under cover of darkness from the State of Oregon without any proper due process. They are currently in the tender care of the Gorgon.

In her most typical fashion, the boutique lawyer tries to make it sound like she’s coming clean to avoid “misconstruction” of her perfidy when the truth is she didn’t “discover” a mistake but was actively involved in the stalking, harassment, and abuse of Selena & her children in a plot to steal the mother’s children unlawfully under color of Washington State law. Scott lied about her role/trivialized it, and only came ‘clean’ after notice of a bar complaint against her. If ever there was a poster child of why lawyers are so widely hated, it is this woman!

I filed a police report with Sgt. Joel Turner approximately a week or more ago complaining of the impersonating an officer of the court by Breckan Scott, esq. (who maintains a law office in Yelm) for unlawfully issuing an unauthorized Subpoena to her agent, NJ security guard Robert K. Kurtzin violation of CR 45 to maliciously stalk and harass my daughter and grandchildren in violation of their civil rights, including even the use of Selena Smith’s cell phone and illegal access to her credit card data in up to the minute updates 24/7 and Mr. Robert K. Kurtz (Scott’s agent) misrepresenting himself to government/LEO agencies as a LEO/representative of New Jersey’s DCF while filing false police reports there was a nationwide manhunt for Selena Smith when this was a fiction invented by Robert K. Kurtz, Kathryn Stoker, and Breckan Scott amounting to child abuse in addition to the other allegations. Selena Smith has but one hand and is a destitute single mom with no prior criminal history, drug free who was working full time in Portland, OR delivering auto parts, up until Breckan Scott perjured herself to the Thurston County Family Law Court on 5-27-21 & 5-28-21. The violation of CR 45 by Breckan Scott occurred weeks (at a minimum) prior to the filing of a petition in cause # 21-4-00443034.
I am enclosing Breckan Scott’s rather self serving declaration in which she claims to have ‘discovered the error’ when, in fact, she could no longer hide her misconduct after she received notice I had filed a bar complaint against her in the matter.
At any rate, I need a copy of the Yelm police report I made through Sgt. Joel Turner in order to alert the court to the true nature of Ms. Scott’s egregious misconduct, stalking, and child abuse. Time is of the essence. Thank you.
