The Mormon Church on 1116 Yew Ave NE in Olympia was vandalized consistent with the following article which appeared on the Puget Sound Anarchists website:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 id=\"page-title\">Church Attacked In Olympia WA<\/h1>\n<div id=\"block-system-main\">\n<article id=\"node-story-2732\">\n<footer>Mon, 06\/10\/2013 &#8211; 2:46am\u00a0<\/footer>\n<div>\n<p><em>In solidarity with Steve, Kerry, and other grand jury resisters on the run, and in celebration of the annual day of solidarity with long-term anarchist prisoners, a big front door at a Mormon church in Olympia had its glass busted out and lock glued on June 10.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The Mormon Church, and churches in general are institutions of the systems of patriarchy, white supremacy, homophobia and hierarchy in general. We are against those who would tell us that we must submit to authority, whether that be &#8220;god,&#8221; the father, the state, or some religious leader.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>For the destruction of every church, school, factory, courthouse, prison, police station, and border! Stay wild and free!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Additionally, the unmanned police substation on the west side of Olympia was vandalized in the wee hours of 6-11-13 by having its locks glued shut. In the early hours of June 11 we glued the locks and a keypad on two doors of the westside police substation in Olympia. It really wasn&#8217;t difficult at all. With gloves, masks, and a couple tubes of superglue, we were able to render the locks inoperable. A little bit of superglue squirted into the keyhole goes a long way, and it&#8217;s quick and silent. Do you have a spare hour in the dark of the night? Well then you could do this quite easily too.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>June 11 is the international day of solidarity with Eric McDavid, Marie Mason, and other long term anarchist prisoners. Eric McDavid is 7 years into a 20-year prison sentence for the thought crime of &#8220;conspiracy,&#8221; after being entrapped by a paid government informant, known only as &#8220;Anna.&#8221; Marie Mason is 5 years into a 22-year prison sentence for being involved in actions that damaged an office connected to GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) research, and destroyed a piece of logging equipment.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>There are many important ways to support imprisoned comrades; tonight we chose to attack a symbol of state control in order to send a small greeting of solidarity and complicity to Marie and Eric. The police are an integral part of the same system that stole Marie and Eric away from their loved ones and keeps them in a cage. The police are the guard dogs of capitalism, which depends on constant expansion and the destruction of all that is wild.
