have been reported.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Roupp suggests a cracked well casing could be the culprit behind the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.desmogblog.com\/breaking-pennsylvania-fracking-spill-haunting-reminder-bp-anniversary?utm_source=twitterfeed&amp;utm_medium=twitter\" target=\"_hplink\">fracking spill<\/a>, but that certain details won&#8217;t be known until the situation is under control.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-style: italic;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pennlive.com\/midstate\/index.ssf\/2011\/04\/fracking_spill_in_bradford_cou.html\" target=\"_hplink\">Pennlive.com reports<\/a> that seven families have been evacuated as a result of the spill.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">The chemicals used in fracking fluids have been a contentious subject, as many energy companies have long guarded them as a &#8220;trade secret.&#8221;
