Jude Willliam C Houser<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\nThe following audio recordin g consists of Judge Houser’s handling of a 16yo truculent, mendacious incorrigible teen (Adeline Feulner) manipulating the court into believing an emergency existed (she’d been w\/her father since July 20th, 2023 after refusing to come home w\/her mom after the mother caught her lying about drug use and casual sex which she tested positiv for at the hospital), that her mom had kicked her out of the home, that the positive drug test was a false one due to her use of her mother’s CBD cream for pain the incurred in a bicycle accident, and leaving the Court ignorant of the man who led her into the courtroom to testify against her mom despite the fact he was one and the same as the man who had raped her when she was barely 6yo. But it gets weirder still as the lies mount including Commissioner Clucas attempting t orivialize his own misconduct on 8-15-2. See audio further below to hear him presiding over a lawless Kangaroo Court, then taking over the case as well as presiding over Adeline’s Emancipation Petition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clucas privately in mutual collusion w\/him in total disregad of the law, due process, judicial, or attorney mandated ethical codes of conduct. This can be confirmed by listening t ohe following audio recordings purchased from the Court clerk’s office:
LISTEN:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nHeather’s scheduled 8-15-23 & subsequent Kangaroo Hearing due to collusion<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nBetween the scheduled hearing and subsequent impromptu Kanagaroo hearing convened after Clucas had denied Lenard Feulner’s motion-petition and disposed of the case, but prior to the subsequent impromptu Kangaroo heaing Clucas unlawully convened, the Commissioner can be head very nearly railroading the faher, John Samuel Kennedy, on ZOOM from montana. The father almost fails to get a word in edgewise to advise Clucas the mother had perjured herself and violated the UCCJEA mandates. Clucas ultimately admonishes and denies her motion. You can hear Adeline disrupting this proceeding, being told there’s nothing Clucas can do under the law, then screams and a commotion can be heard in the courthouse hallway.
The following audio demonstrates the perils of perjury, but also the lawless actions of the court (Clucas) in Heather’s case. Interestingly, the Court clerk did not make a record of the Kennedy docket available to the public online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The audio recording of Commissioner Clucas doubling down on his lawless behavior in his ad hoc impromptu Kangaroo Hearing of 8-15-23 w\/o any lawful authority can be listened to by clicking the link below. He does not read the case history well enough to kn ow his asnine assumption the instant case is a parentage action was adjudicated many years ago w\/a dispositive judgment, an order for Mr. Feulner to pay child support, findings of fact he was the father, and the cause # was different than the instant Proposed Parenting Plan filed by the mother in 2007, now being dominated not by the Parties, but Commissioner Clucas who seems adverse to letting the litigants try their own case. It is disturbing to hear him substitute the mendacious teen’s judgment for both of her parent’s. Clucas talks fast–sucking all of the air from the courtroom, whitewashes his egregious lawless acts from the bench, denies colluding w\/2 attorneys who admitted to having private communication w\/Clucas to offer unsworn statements w\/NO opportunity for either litigant to confront\/question them or even utter a word. Clucas offers a self serving description of his lawless acts as not only ‘legal’, but laudable. He proceeds to ask leading questions from the terrified mother w\/o counsel, causing her, under duess, to agree to about everything he suggests w\/o any comment or input by the opposing party, Lenard Feulner. He questions the mother’s veracity while admitting he knows iltle of what occured outside his courtroom after the case had been disposed of earlier on 8-15-23 and denying Lenard Feulner’s MTSC. Clucas tells the mom he is appointing an investigator to check into why the rebellious teen wold drive a car onto a sidewalk, endangering the public. He implies it must be the mother’s fault and leaves the teen in charge of both parents insofar as decision making goes. Clucas cites the potential for Judge shopping as justifiacion for refusing to grant Haeher’s Motion to Recuse, the observes how ironic it is that HE will be the person presiding over the Stelement Hearing for the parents on the very same day HE will be presiding over the Emancipation Petition Hearing of Heather’s daughter, Adeline, that he has stolen frrom th mother in a Kangaroo Court setting on 8-15-23. Lenard Feulner can be heard exclaiming the day is his birthday as though he’d just had a satisfying meeting w\/Santa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following audio recordin g consists of Judge Houser’s handling of a 16yo truculent, mendacious incorrigible teen (Adeline Feulner) manipulating the court into believing an emergency existed (she’d been w\/her father since July 20th, 2023 after refusing to come home w\/her mom after the mother caught her lying about drug use and casual sex which she tested positiv for at the hospital), that her mom had kicked her out of the home, that the positive drug test was a false one due to her use of her mother’s CBD cream for pain the incurred in a bicycle accident, and leaving the Court ignorant of the man who led her into the courtroom to testify against her mom despite the fact he was one and the same as the man who had raped her when she was barely 6yo. But it gets weirder still as the lies mount including Commissioner Clucas attempting t orivialize his own misconduct on 8-15-2. See audio further below to hear him presiding over a lawless Kangaroo Court, then taking over the case as well as presiding over Adeline’s Emancipation Petition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Listen To Audio Here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Heather’s scheduled 8-15-23 & subsequent Kangaroo Hearing due to collusion<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Between the scheduled hearing and subsequent impromptu Kanagaroo hearing convened after Clucas had denied Lenard Feulner’s motion-petition and disposed of the case, but prior to the subsequent impromptu Kangaroo heaing Clucas unlawully convened, the Commissioner can be head very nearly railroading the faher, John Samuel Kennedy, on ZOOM from montana. The father almost fails to get a word in edgewise to advise Clucas the mother had perjured herself and violated the UCCJEA mandates. Clucas ultimately admonishes and denies her motion. You can hear Adeline disrupting this proceeding, being told there’s nothing Clucas can do under the law, then screams and a commotion can be heard in the courthouse hallway. 9\/1\/2023 @ 1:30PM RE MOTION TO RECUSE & OBJECT<\/p>\n\n\n\n The audio recording of Commissioner Clucas doubling down on his lawless behavior in his ad hoc impromptu Kangaroo Hearing of 8-15-23 w\/o any lawful authority can be listened to by clicking the link below. He does not read the case history well enough to kn ow his asnine assumption the instant case is a parentage action was adjudicated many years ago w\/a dispositive judgment, an order for Mr. Feulner to pay child support, findings of fact he was the father, and the cause # was different than the instant Proposed Parenting Plan filed by the mother in 2007, now being dominated not by the Parties, but Commissioner Clucas who seems adverse to letting the litigants try their own case. It is disturbing to hear him substitute the mendacious teen’s judgment for both of her parent’s. Clucas talks fast–sucking all of the air from the courtroom, whitewashes his egregious lawless acts from the bench, denies colluding w\/2 attorneys who admitted to having private communication w\/Clucas to offer unsworn statements w\/NO opportunity for either litigant to confront\/question them or even utter a word. Clucas offers a self serving description of his lawless acts as not only ‘legal’, but laudable. He proceeds to ask leading questions from the terrified mother w\/o counsel, causing her, under duess, to agree to about everything he suggests w\/o any comment or input by the opposing party, Lenard Feulner. He questions the mother’s veracity while admitting he knows iltle of what occured outside his courtroom after the case had been disposed of earlier on 8-15-23 and denying Lenard Feulner’s MTSC. Clucas tells the mom he is appointing an investigator to check into why the rebellious teen wold drive a car onto a sidewalk, endangering the public. He implies it must be the mother’s fault and leaves the teen in charge of both parents insofar as decision making goes. Clucas cites the potential for Judge shopping as justifiacion for refusing to grant Haeher’s Motion to Recuse, the observes how ironic it is that HE will be the person presiding over the Stelement Hearing for the parents on the very same day HE will be presiding over the Emancipation Petition Hearing of Heather’s daughter, Adeline, that he has stolen frrom th mother in a Kangaroo Court setting on 8-15-23.
