(e.g. Violations of citizens&#8217; 1st Amendment rights)<\/li>\n<li>Is of substantial and specific danger to the public health or safety. (e.g. Adage?)<\/li>\n<li>Is gross mismanagement.<\/li>\n<li>Prevents dissemination of scientific opinion or alters technical findings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"width: 562px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sao.wa.gov\/EN\/Investigations\/Whistleblower\/Pages\/Whistleblower.aspx\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Abuse of Public Facilities and Equipment\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_kR0-4NgjyrA\/TMCygf2SABI\/AAAAAAAABE0\/2eOzqFpAMDY\/s1600\/img_4343.jpg\" alt=\"Abuse of Port Facilities and Equipment\" width=\"552\" height=\"624\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">1st Amendment Violations<\/p><\/div>\n<p>State law preserves the confidentiality people who file whistleblower\u00a0assertions and of people who provide information for whistleblower investigations. It also prohibits retaliation against people who file whistleblower assertions.
