What began as a difference in opinion over Brenda Hirschi’s candidacy and a copyright dispute escalated to mailbox vandalism, dairy goat poisoning, perjured testimony in a specious anti-harassment lawsuit, abuse of the take down notice provision in the federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and now…false reports to an insurance company for the $30,000 vandalism damages to the WCLA (Washington Contractors Logging Association) incurred approximately in June, 2012 at their Olympia facility.<\/p>\n

Having failed to prevail on every occasion despite blatant false statements and attempts to prevent this site from publishing, a woman who has defrauded Social Security for many years by feigning an inability to obtain employment or to support herself has upped the ante in an effort to harass the editor by instigating a false police report via slander to the victim named above and its insurance underwriter.<\/p>\n

Of course, the call was\u00a0anonymous<\/em> and she hung up when pressed for details or identity. It’s the kind of COW(A)RDLY act engaged in by violently radical underground elements such as some members of ELF (Earth Liberation Front) and certain anarchists or their mentors. But the woman (Kristy) taking the call remembers the voice and will be asked to identify whether it matches the one in the audio of the court proceedings involving the phony anti-harassment lawsuit filed by Shawnie Ann Whelan\/Vedder of 1017 W. Franklin St., Shelton, WA. 98584 (DOB: 5-31-67). Once the identity of the ‘anonymous’ caller is positively established, legal recourse will be sought. The slander, squelching of 1st Amendment rights, and harassment will be stopped; damages will be sought along with injunctive relief.<\/p>\n

Ironically\/hypocritically, the caller characterized as ‘extremist’ the arguments calling for protection of the environment — the very one Shawnie spends much time extolling on her various websites while criticizing those who cut\/harvest the trees or jeopardize fungi.
