Jay Hupp was seen, today, demanding access to Rahn Redman’s application for US Postal bulk mailing rates. Could this have anything to do with the recall petition to remove Port Commissioner Hupp from office?
Mr. Hupp’s request was rejected by the Shelton US Post Office.
