Fran McNair revealed there will be a hearing for Simpson’s permit renewal application held in Shelton’s civic center on 9-27-11 (Tues. afternoon) @ 5:00pm. Notice will be published in both Shelton’s Journal and the Daily Olympian. Citizens are urged to attend and participate in this regulatory process which so often leads to the destruction of our environment, air quality, and health due to regulatory/citizen ennui.
