All bikers, regardless of your club affiliation, indeed whether or not you are club affiliated, tattooed or long haired, should take note of this posting because it provides an insight into the willingness of law enforcement officers to bend and break the law, and indeed violate our constitutional rights against unreasonable search and seizure to incriminate us. And as we see this group of law enforcement officers breaking the law to obtain their illegal search it is not much of a leap to see how these same officers might also plant evidence or “buy” witness testimony from a jail house snitch willing to be planted in a cell and then say anything to bargain for some benefit from the legal system.

What you see in this article is the willingness of the police to break the law, violate these club members constitutional rights against unreasonable search and seizure, to achieve whatever may have been their investigatory purpose. They apparently did not have reasonable suspicion that any particular one of them might have committed a crime, rather these bikers were stripped based on “colors profiling.” The Sheriffs might have some crime in which a witness identified a particular tattoo, but apparently they had no reason other than these individuals club affiliation or “colors” to strip them down and photograph them. They forced these “colored” bikers to comply under threat of arrest for their refusal to strip. Their threat of arrest was false, another indication that the premises for the search were false. One club member who refused to strip and walked free with the rest of them. The one Sheriff, probably the biggest prick among them, was asked for his name and refused to identify himself, also in violation of the law. The Sheriff’s department referred all questions about the search to a particular Assistant District Attorney, presumably because he was the most knowledgeable to answer questions about the search and yet he stated that he didn’t know why they were searched.
